Who is Genie?I grew up in a tiny fishing village on Canada’s east coast. Since fish don’t talk, I had to entertain myself, and I suppose that was the beginning of a money-making imagination.
Now I’m a creative. Yes, I have specialties, but essentially I’m a creative. Graphic design? Yes. Photography? Double yes. Copywriting? Sure. Fishing? Not so much. My area of expertise is photography and retouching, followed by print design. After many years working in-house, my heart’s now set on exercising and broadening my skill set within an advertising and/or marketing agency. I’m passionate about all the stages of a project: strategy, conceptualizing, execution, proofing, delivery, everything. How satisfying it is to make something from nothing!
